From Elmira/Horseheads

Get on New York highway 13 headed North to Ithaca where it will turn into Meadow  

St.  

Turn Right on W. Clinton St/New York 96B-S.

Go about 0.7 miles and turn Left on S. Aurora St.

Go about 0.2 miles and turn Left on E. Seneca St.

As you approach the second traffic light the Dewitt Building will be on your Right at the corner of Seneca and Cayuga streets.  

There is metered street parking or you can:

Turn Right on Cayuga, go one block and turn Right again on Buffalo St, go another block and turn Right once again and there will be a parking garage on your Left toward the end of that block.

From the Binghamton area

Get on I-81 North.

Take the NY-26 North exit, toward Whitney Point and turn right onto NY-26.

Go about 0.5 miles and turn Left to stay on NY-26 N/US-11.

This will turn into NY-79/W. Main St. -- Continue on this highway for about 28 miles.

Take a slight Right at Seneca Way, which curves to the Left and turns into Seneca St.

The Dewitt Building is on the Right at the corner of Seneca and Cayuga.

There is metered street parking or you can:

Turn Right on Cayuga, go one block and turn Right again on Buffalo St, go another block and turn right once again and there will be a parking garage on your Left toward the end of that block.

From Cortland

Head South on NY-13 toward Dryden.

Turn Right to stay on NY-13 toward Ithaca, this will merge with NY-366. 

Continue on NY-366 until it turns into NY-79/State St.

Take a slight Right at Seneca Way, which curves to the Left and turns into Seneca St.

The Dewitt Building is on the Right at the corner of Seneca and Cayuga.

There is metered street parking or you can:

Turn Right on Cayuga, go one block and turn Right again on Buffalo St, go another block and turn right once again and there will be a parking garage on your Left toward the end of that block.
