Like many people, I'm sure, I originally went to Ron out of desperation, because I was in pain that didn't let me get through my day comfortably.  He was the first and only person to show me how to eliminate the ergonomic problems that were causing my elbow, wrist, and hand pain from being at the keyboard all day - This after years of being a secretary, graduate student, and person who simply needs to be on the computer a lot.  I felt major relief after one sesion and by a couple more that was the end of that.  The over-use typing pains I had lived with since the early 90s went away and have not returned in more then two years.
